Please note, all of our garments are made to order in London. Please expect a maximum of 2 weeks for your order to be dispatched. During busier periods this can take a minimum of 2 weeks.
UK Shipping

Once your order has been placed and processed, we aim to deliver your order on the next working day.
​
Signature is required on delivery. If your parcel cannot be delivered it will be left in a safe place, left with a neighbour if possible, or sent to your local Post Office for collection (depending on location). If you miss your delivery 3 times, your item will be returned to us and you will be liable to pay the delivery fee for redelivery.

International Shipping​

We are currently shipping to the following countries and shipping costs depend on your country:

Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Turkey, UAE, USA.

All parcels will be sent using tracked express delivery via FedEx, DHL or Royal Mail. Your parcel will require a signature so please ensure that delivery can be accepted at the chosen delivery address. You will receive an estimated date once you place your order.
We aim to deliver your parcels within 1 - 3 business days from dispatch but please note, all delivery times are an estimate with the courier. Economy delivery is available to some countries however we are working on making this available for all countries. We aim to deliver using economy shipping within 3 - 10 business days. Thank you for your patience.
European Shipping​

We aim to deliver Standard European orders within 1 - 3 working days (but this can take up to 10 working days) once your order has been placed and processed.
All European orders will be sent via Royal Mail or via courier. Your parcel will require a signature so please ensure that delivery can be accepted at the chosen delivery address. You will receive an estimated date once you place your order.

Please note, parcels being delivered to Finland, Denmark, Norway or Sweden will be delivered to the recipient’s closest Parcel shop for collection. Please track your item to see when it has arrived. Please be advised that the consignment/s can only be held at the Parcel Office for a limited amount of time (usually 5 or 10 working days), before being returned to sender.
Duties & Taxes​

Please note the prices of the items you order do not include custom taxes and import duties; the costs of these charges vary for each country. You will be responsible for these costs incurred for custom charges when you receive your parcel. You can now pay these upfront at checkout. Please note, if you choose to return your order, customs & duties will not be refunded.
